There is no reset option on Personal drives. If you enter the incorrect password 10 times it will self destruct and will no longer be usable. Please know that there is no way for Technical Support to reset, restore, or access the data on your device or online account.  This is for your protection in case lost or stolen.

If you cannot remember the password you created, but did back it up to your Online Account, you can safely recover it. 

1. Go to my.ironkey.com

2. Log into your account using your registered username or email address that you used when you first set up your drive.  

3. You will receive an email with a login code. Once you login, you will be in Safe Mode. 

4. Click the Recover Password button. If you backed up your password, it will be displayed. If you did not back it up that button will not be displayed and nothing we can do for you to gain access to your drive.
