There is a recently discovered issue with Identity Manager causing Internet Explorer to crash when the Identity Manager Titlebar Menu is enabled, which will be corrected in a future software release. The work-around is to disable the Identity Manager Titlebar Menu: - Open Identity Manager from the IronKey Control Panel.
- Click Settings > Titlebar Menu.
- Uncheck Enable Titlebar Menu.
- Click OK and close the Identity Manager window.
