On Windows computers, this usually happens if the AutoPlay feature has been turned off. Mac computers do not have native auto-launch support.
First, verify that the LED on the end of the IronKey device lights up when you first plug it into the computer. If it does not, try a different USB port.
------------------------------------------------
To enable auto-launch:
*Windows*
- Double-click "My Computer".
- Right-click "IronKey Unlocker".
- Click "Properties".
- Click the "AutoPlay" tab.
- Ensure that "Prompt me each time to choose an action" is selected, and click "OK".
*Mac*
You can install the IronKey Auto-Launch Assistant, which automatically opens the IronKey Unlocker when you plug in an IronKey. Go to “Preferences” in IronKey Control Panel Settings. (Mac only)
------------------------------------------------
To manually launch your IronKey:
*Windows*
Double-click the IronKey Unlocker drive icon in "My Computer", and double-click the "IronKey.exe" file.

Run the "ironkey" program from the IronKey’s "linux" folder.
